Front Foot Sports Management Ltd is a UK-based business providing football agency and intermediary services.
We maintain a proportionate approach to managing modern slavery risks based on the nature and scale of our business and the services and suppliers we use.
3. Our policies and standards
We expect everyone who works with or for our business to conduct themselves ethically and lawfully.
We do not tolerate:
Forced or compulsory labour.
Human trafficking.
Slavery or servitude.
Child labour that is unlawful or exploitative.
Exploitative or abusive working practices.
The withholding of wages, identity documents or other practices intended to restrict a person's freedom.
4. Our suppliers and business partners
Where appropriate and proportionate to the nature of the relationship, we expect our suppliers, contractors and business partners to operate in accordance with applicable laws and to uphold appropriate standards relating to human rights and employment practices.
Where we identify a material concern relating to modern slavery or exploitation, we will consider appropriate action, which may include seeking further information, requiring corrective action or reviewing the continuation of the relationship.
5. Recruitment and employment
We are committed to ensuring that people working for our business are treated fairly and lawfully.
Where we recruit employees or contractors, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that individuals are appropriately engaged and that their employment or engagement is consistent with applicable UK employment and labour laws.
6. Raising concerns
Anyone who has concerns about possible modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking or exploitation connected with our business or supply chain is encouraged to raise the matter with us.
